Ian is keen to see how the new store will fit into the local area

Ian Swales has recently visited the public exhibition for the new Tesco eco-store in South Bank.

He supports growth of business in the area whilst acknowledging that there needs to be protection for the existing economy.

Ian said "Any investment in the area is welcome, but I would like to see an assessment on the new Tesco store and that it will have no negative effect on the existing centres at South Bank and Eston."

If you are a resident of the Redcar constituency and are writing to discuss any issue that Parliament or government is responsible for, you must provide your home address as MPs are generally only permitted to act on behalf of constituents.

If you are not a constituent, you do not need to provide your address, but the matters we can deal with are more limited and you may wish to contact your local MP in the first instance.
